Offers and payment

Purchases are completed on Hotmart through the checkout and offer actually configured for each edition. Price, currency, format, guarantee period, payment conditions, access, and other commercial terms are those displayed in the official offer at the time of purchase.

Hotmart may also apply its own terms and rules regarding payment, access, cancellation, and refunds. For transaction-specific issues, the offer terms and applicable purchase documents govern, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

Refunds and support

For eligible distance purchases, Brazilian consumer-protection rules apply, including Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code where applicable. For products sold through Hotmart, the guarantee period and refund procedure are those stated in the offer and the terms applicable to the transaction.

Protected content

Texts, titles, visual identity, layouts, images, illustrations, trademarks, editorial materials, and site code, where protected by intellectual-property rights, belong to their respective rights holders. Unless expressly authorized, copying, reproducing, distributing, selling, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting protected content beyond lawful uses is not permitted.

User conduct
