Who this policy covers

For this policy, the controller is the individual or legal entity responsible for operating the Diários Guiados project. What may be processed

We may process information voluntarily submitted in forms, such as name, email, subject, and message, together with technical and navigation information needed to operate the site, such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and campaign parameters when those technologies are actually enabled.

The discovery quiz runs in the browser to recommend a journey. Its answers may exist temporarily in the browser session to complete the recommendation. The quiz is not used as a clinical diagnosis.

Why we process data

Data may be processed to answer requests, provide support, operate the website, measure page usage, maintain security, understand campaign sources, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

When analytics or remarketing is enabled, the operation must use the applicable legal basis and consent mechanism. The ecosystem code is designed not to send detailed quiz answers to Google Analytics; a completion event may record only the recommended journey and language.

When you purchase a product, the transaction is completed through the official offer configured on Hotmart. Information needed for payment, access, tax documentation, purchase support, or other transaction steps may be processed by Hotmart under its own terms and policies.

We may use hosting, security, analytics, or other technical providers strictly connected to site operation, according to the services actually enabled. We do not sell personal data.

Technology used
